The Splügen has been inviting people to linger for over a hundred years. With its unique charm and because of its many treasures, it entices to marvel and discover. FETA & OLIVES
HUMMUS WITH PITA
An oriental speciality made from pureed chickpeas, tahini and spices. (vegan)
BABA GANOUSH
A dip made from pureed, smoked aubergines, tahini and olive oil. (vegan)
Main dishes
SABICH
We serve it as a wrap in rolled flatbread, filled with grilled aubergines, hummus, tahini, potatoes, egg and a tomato and cucumber salad. The dish is rounded off with a fruity flavour and fresh mint. (vegetarian)
SHAKSHUKA
A classic from oriental cuisine. An egg is poached in a savoury tomato and paprika sauce and served with fresh herbs. Served with bread. We also have some new toppings on offer to complement the spicy pan-fried dish. (vegetarian)
ORIENTAL PLATE
On our oriental plate you will find various oriental specialities such as falafel, hummus, ajvar, tahina, baba ghanoush, grilled courgettes, stuffed vine leaves, spiced rice, tabouleh, lentils and feta salad. Served with bread. (vegetarian)
FALAFEL ON A PLATE
Our home-made falafel are deep-fried balls made from chickpeas and various spices. They are served with hummus, tahini, a tasty tomato and cucumber salad and bread. (vegan)
